  1. Vintage 1986 PRS Custom 24 Royal Blue
    $6,995.00

For the PRS collectors – aside from a 1985 Custom 24, this is one of the most desirable Paul Reed Smith guitar models out there. A 1986 Paul Reed Smith Custom 24 with a very low serial number, 6 0662. Yes, that's the 662nd guitar from the PRS production. Royal Blue finish with a highly figured flamed maple top. The Royal Blue finish has faded very nicely and looks so cool! Book matched flamed maple top on a one-piece mahogany body. Mahogany neck with a perfectly straight grained Brazilian Rosewood fingerboard that has a beautiful dark chocolate color. This guitar was refretted eleven years ago by the PRS legend John "Orkie" Ingram, possibly the most qualified PRS tech out there, and has remained in its case ever since. The set up is just as perfect now as it was over 10 years ago, which is a true testament to how well these guitars are built. There's a "Star" inside the neck pickup cavity signifying Mike Deely did the final assembly. It does show some minor bumps and bruises and buckle rash from its over 30 years of life. No major issues at all. Comes with the original case that has a cosmetically rough exterior. The handle has come off and is included inside the neck pocket.

  2. USED 1993 Paul Reed Smith Custom 24 10-Top Rare Purple Finish
    $2,995.00

Here's one to make all your friends jealous. A PRS Custom 24 with one of the most exceptional flamed maple tops you'll ever see. Made in 1993 at the old factory when PRS was still located at Virginia Ave in Annapolis, MD. Some collectors would call this a "Pre-factory", "Pre-CNC", or "Pre-Stevensville" model. You won't find many PRS Guitars with purple finish from this era. This color was very inconsistent with the stain on some tops being so dark the figure of the top was difficult to see. A few were like this, with great color and a maple top that has figure with extraordinary depth and definition.
All original. Plays perfectly and set-up perfectly! No major issues at all. This guitar has been lightly played early on in its life, and has been stored in its case for the past 20 years. It's obvious it's been well taken care of and is remarkably clean for a 26 year old guitar.
"Old factory" features: small heel, one piece tremolo, Mother Of Pearl "Old School birds", Wide Thin neck profile, Vintage Bass neck and HFS bridge pickups, phase 1 tuners, tone knob. Comes with original tremolo bar, truss rod tool, and hardshell case.

  3. Paul Reed Smith 2002 NAMM Show EB-4 Bass Transparent Orange 10-Top RARE
    $2,695.00

Here's a 2002 Paul Reed Smith EB-4 bass that was shown at the 2002 summer NAMM Show in Nashville, TN. It was this show that PRS introduced their new Transparent Orange color, and every instrument that was displayed was orange. It was one of two PRS basses shown there. The other bass did not have a maple top. This one was fully blown with all the options sporting a gorgeous highly figured flamed maple 10 top, bird inlays, gold hardware, Indian Rosewood fingerboard, bolt-on maple neck, 2 single coil rail pickups, active preamp, 2 way switch for active or passive operation, 2 volume controls, 1 tone control. Transparent orange finish, 34" scale, and 21 frets.
One of the lightest PRS basses we've seen, weighing only 8 pounds 6 ounces. Very loud and resonant when played acoustically, with fantastic sustain. Sounds amazing when plugged in. In passive mode it has a tone similar to a Fender Jazz bass but with a bigger, fuller output. In active mode the tone is reminiscent of a Music Man Stingray. Of course the build quality is exceptional.
This bass was collector owned and is in mint condition. No scratches, no dings, no nicks, no fret wear. It as not been played outside of initial set-up and tuning.
The original hard shell case, hang tags, and all paperwork included.

  4. Mesa Subway WD-800 Hybrid Bass Head
    $999.00

You spoke, we listened. In direct response to player feedback and the longstanding demand for a more powerful version of our WalkAbout Bass Head, we’re proud to unveil the latest in the Subway® Bass Amp Line, the WD-800 Head. This Head combines the warm, soulful sounding magic of the WalkAbout tube preamp section with the musical Class D Output Power used in our Subway Line (D-800 and D-800+), to create the ultimate lightweight hybrid.
As in the original, the inspiring round, fat WalkAbout Tone is joined by comprehensive rotary shelving Tone controls and a semi-parametric EQ, giving you total shaping authority in the preamp. The new WD800 also features the Subway D800 Plus’s highly effective HIGH PASS FILTER and a new POWER AMP DAMPING control, which allow tuning of the sub-low frequencies and power response options respectively. The POWER DAMPING choices enable you to tailor the tracking and feel of the power amp. The LOW setting produces a looser, more relaxed and blooming character reminiscent of Tube power. HIGH tightens the low end, adding punch and accuracy in tracking, while MEDIUM provides a blend of these opposite ends of the power response spectrum.
