We always love it when you can come into our store, but if it's too far don't worry we ship world wide. We've shipped several thousand guitars via UPS. We know how to pack and everything we ship is fully insured.

We accept Cash, Mastercard/Visa, Discover card, Certified Bank Checks/Money Orders. You can call us at 901-757-9020 and place your order with a real LIVE employee who will be able to answer all your questions. Bank Wire Transfer, Personal Checks with 7-day hold work as well. Sorry absolutely NO COD's.

48 HOUR APPROVAL PERIOD

1) Upon receipt of an instrument that we have shipped you, you have a 48-hour approval period. If the instrument does not meet your expectations, call and notify us within that time. Then ship the instrument back to Martin Music, packed safely in the same shipping carton it was packed in. The instrument must be in the same condition you received it in.

2) While we hope you will choose Martin Music, we ask you to be sure of what you are buying. If you've never played a certain instrument before, aren't sure about the color, or how the neck will feel ~ give this consideration. You do have to pay for the freight to ship the instrument to you and to return it to us, as well as the 3% credit card discount fee charged to the store. While it may not sound like a lot of money, it can add up quickly!

1) LAYAWAYS:
Yes! We do have Layaway available on items over $500. Simply put 25% down to hold the item, then make equal payments over the next 90 days. (i.e.: another 25% due in 30 days, 25% due in 60 days, and the final 25% due in 90 days for payment in full).

Note: All deposits after 30 days are nonrefundable. All layaways canceled before 30 days are also subject to a restocking/cancellation fee of 10% of the total purchase price of the layaway.

2) SPECIAL ORDERS:
When you are ready for that perfect "dream" guitar you've always wanted, we have the ability to order it from any of the many manufacturers we are an authorized dealer for. Whether it's a special neck, color, or something more intricate, we can make suggestions based on our wide experience in ordering custom guitars! That way you'll get the best looking, best playing and best sounding guitar you want. Custom order instruments require a 20% non-refundable deposit with the balance due prior to shipping. All canceled special orders are also subject to a restocking/cancellation fee.

To keep the attorney's happy: all products sold only come with the manufacturer's written warranty. No other warranty is implied. All used items are sold "as is." But we ask you to take a moment and read the full details of our 48 hour approval period

Uncollected funds or "NSF" checks are subject to a $50 check fee. Any fee imposed by our bank due to a returned check is the sole responsibility of the person who wrote the check.
