Awesomeness. This guitar reeks of awesomeness. I'm not even sure if that's a real word, but you'll understand exactly what I mean after you hold this guitar in your hands. Here we have a 2007 Anderson Hollow Drop. This fine guitar has a gorgeous flamed Koa top on a mahogany body. The neck is rosewood with a rosewood fingerboard. How cool is that? Like all Tom Anderson electric guitars, this Hollow Drop Top is built with the utmost attention to detail, and boutique, hand-made guitar quality, done by master craftsmen. Features that Tom Anderson has long been known for; perfection in every aspect- from the exceptional fretwork and playability, to the tonally versatile electronics setup, and the beautiful wood selection: this Hollow Drop Top has all of it. It has a light shaded edge on the top with binding on the body, and gold hardware. It is in immaculate, near-perfect condition. It has obviously been cared for. It plays fantasticly, and sounds like a million bucks. This is a superlative guitar in every way possible. Comes with original spec sheet, case candy, and hard case.Learn More

"Korina, Korina won't you please come home." You like Korina? We got Korina for you. This PRS McCarty Korina model was made in 2007. It's a One Off, a one of a kind guitar that has some really cool and unique specs. The custom color, Ocean Turquoise, is not the only feature that sets this guitar apart as a one-off. When the body is one piece of wood without a maple top PRS typically paints the whole body, and does not have scraped binding. This solid Korina body does have the scraped binding, that's not only very cool, it looks fantastic next to the natural Korina wood. It also has a matching headstock (I'm a total sucker for matching headstocks), and to make it just a little bit cooler, it has a Korina truss rod cover. A Korina truss rod cover, how cool is that? The guitar was sent back to PRS and their PTC crew upgraded the pickups to 59/09's with brushed nickel covers. We no longer have the original pickups. Collector owned, it is in mint condition showing absolutely zero wear. No scuff, dings, or scratches. The frets are perfect, unplayed. The neck is straight and true. It feels great, plays great, sounds great, and looks so so cool. Comes with original hardshell case. If you like cool and special guitars, grab this one, you'll never find another like it..Learn More
Here's a PRS Starla. Made in 2008, the first year of production for the Starla. This is an original core model (not the current S2 model), that is all USA made, with all USA made components. You don't see many of these on the secondary market, and there's a good reason for that...they are killer guitars! The S2 version has an American made body and neck, with imported tuners, pickups, and bridge. Collector owned, it is in near mint condition showing only a few slight pick marks on the pickguard and a single scratch on the back. Black finish, Mahogany body, glued-in mahogany neck, with Indian rosewood fingerboard. Bigsby vibrato. The neck is straight and true. Frets are in perfect, unplayed condition. It plays and sounds awesome. The proprietary Starla pickups with coil tap are super versatile and some of the very best pickups PRS has ever produced. Comes with the original hardshell case, and case candy.Learn More
Was it Lloyd Price that had that great song, "Personality"? I think it was. Now, of course, all guitars should have personality. I mean, what kind of world would this be with guitars that have no personality? I shudder to think. Now this guitar has personality out the ying yang. Here we have a 2013 Fender American Deluxe Strat Plus with an unusual feature: a built-in feature that allows you to change tone, pickup selection, basically rewire your guitar by changing "PERSONALITY" cards. It's easy to do. They fit in a cavity on the back. It's nice and quick, and it is really cool. The finish is an mystic ice blue metallic, maple fingerboard, three ply mint green pickguard and backplate that still has the protective plastic coating. The guitar is unplayed. It could easily pass for brand new. It sounds great. With the "Personality" cards, you have unbelievable options regarding tone. Comes with three cards (the Standard one is inside the guitar, Cutter, and Blender are included inside the case), trem bar, original case, strap, and case candy.Learn More
Here we have a 1976 Gibson ES-335TD with a factory original Burgundy Red finish. The serial number is 00 147142, which is on a decal on the back of the neck. That numbering system was only used for three years. The tuners have been changed to Schallers. The hardware is chrome. There is some pitting on the pickup covers, bridge and tailpiece. The tailpiece has been converted from trapeze to a stop tailpiece; a big improvement in tone. The pickups are "tar back" style. The pickups were used for a period of time during the 70's. The pickups themselves are encased in plastic to stop feedback. They sound really good and the pickups alone typically sell on ebay for over $200 each. It has a factory phase switch that Gibson used on the 335 models for about three years. The frets show wear, but still have life left in them. There is age appropriate nicks and dings, and wear. This guitar is structurally solid, very comfortable to play, and the overall condition is good. It sounds great and with the factory phase switch it is extremely versatile. It's a cool vintage Gibson that won't break the bank. Comes with original hard case.Learn More
Here's a super cool bass that you don't see very often. We have a 1963 Gretsch 6070 Country Gentleman hollow body bass. Featues one single Gretsch Supertron pickup. This is a great sounding bass, perfect for blues, jump blues, jazz, rock, anything you want. The neck feel has a similar profile to an upright bass: BIG and full, and it has that upright bass thump too, even when it's plugged in. Just so cool. Now the downside: it has the typical vintage Gretsch binding issues, which means it's going brittle and crumbling. The previous owner says the binding hasn't changed in the last 20 years, and it does appear to be stable. If it were mine, I would leave the binding alone. It certainly doesn't affect the sound or playability. The finish is original...everything is original for that matter. We are selling it as-is regarding cosmetic issues, but we guarantee that the bass works and plays fine. The frets are in good shape. This bass has had flatwound strings on it its entire life, so the fingerboard is in fine shape. The bass player for the Sons Of Champlin played a bass just like this at the Human Be In in San Francisco, so there's that. There is no case and no stand post.Learn More
