  1. USED Gibson Custom Shop 2005 SG Standard Reissue CUSTOM AUTHENTIC
    $2,500.00

Here we have a cool Custom Shop SG. A 2005 Gibson SG Standard Custom Authentic made in the Custom Shop. This model was a Guitar Center exclusive and had slightly different specs from a normal Historic series SG at the time, namely the Grover kidney bean tuners and the lightly aged finish. This guitar was the precursor to the Historic VOS models (VOS finish wasn't available in 2005 and was first introduced in 2006). It features a mahogany body, mahogany neck, and a gorgeous fingerboard...the variegated grain with black lines and beautiful colors would make you think it's Brazilian Rosewood but knowing how unlikely that is we believe this to be Madagascar Rosewood. All original, never modified, never repaired. In excellent condition. The neck is straight and true. The frets are in perfect condition and show no wear. It has that famous 60's neck profile that Gibson originally advertised as the "fastest neck in the world". It feels great: not too fat, not too thin. This guitar oozes with vintage vibe. Mick Taylor, Duane Allman, Dickie Betts, all saw the beauty of the SG model. When Mick Taylor got his SG, his 1959 Les Paul became his backup guitar...now that's saying something. The pickups are PAF reissues and they sound awesome. The figuring on the body is beautiful. A lot of guys back in the day, changed the tuners to Grovers, so to me it's got the total Mick Taylor/Duane Allman vibe. It's one of best feeling and sounding SG models we have had in a while. Comes with original hardshell case. Considering the new SG Standard Historic Reissue model has a retail price of $6351 and discounts to $4499 this guitar is an incredible bang for the buck!

  2. USED 2014 Martin M-36 Acoustic Guitar
    $2,095.00

The M size guitar by Martin is one of their cooler innovations and has always been one of our favorite Martin models. It started in the 70's when repairman Matty Umanov in New York started converting Martin archtops to flat tops. Gruhn Guitars in Nashville started converting Martin archtops during that same time period. Those guitars were immediately picked up by fingerpickers. First, it's the perfect size..very comfortable in your lap. The extra width gave a little more bass than an OM or 000. It sounds as full as a dreadnought without being overbearing; with the crisp clarity that dreadnoughts lack. Perfect for finger-style and strumming. It's a tribute to Martin they would build this model: they obviously listened to players and gave them what they wanted. The M-36 we have was made in 2014. It is in excellent condition, showing very minor playing wear. The action is perfect, the neckset is perfect, and it sounds great. The only modification is the addition of a strap button at the neck heel. The body size can be best described as 0000, slightly larger than the 000 size. The back and sides are Indian Rosewood, the top is spruce. Comes with original hard case.

  3. USED Gibson ES-335 Joe Bonamassa Signature Ltd Edition
    $3,500.00

I'm proud to say that I've known Joe Bonamassa since he was a teenager. Met him while he was recording with his first band, Bloodline, in the early 90's here in Memphis, TN. I used to sell him and his father guitars. He's a very cool guy that loves guitars to the bottom of his heart. Joe knows guitars. He has an amazing collection of vintage guitars. Knowing that this guitar was patterned after his most prized ES-335 should give you confidence that this is an exceptional instrument. Indeed it is a wonderful guitar. Gibson hit the ball out of the park. The neck is just a tad thinner that the standard 1959 Gibson neck profile. It is in mint condition, showing no wear. Comes with original hardshell case, warranty paper, and certificate of authenticity. The neck is straight and true. Playability is awesome. It has had a $186 pro set up and fret dress by Joe Glaser in Nashville, TN so it's good to go for you right out of the box.

  4. Taylor 714ce - Lutz Spruce/Indian Rosewood #7076
    $2,999.00

The 714ce sports Taylor’s popular and versatile Grand Auditorium body style and incorporates a compelling alternate take on the classic rosewood/spruce pairing, featuring Lutz spruce rather than Sitka. Together with Taylor’s Performance bracing and tone-enhancing protein glues, players can expect a bold and dynamic voice that balances rosewood’s natural overtone sparkle with a strong fundamental focus, giving this and other 700 Series guitars a rootsy musical personality with expansive musical range. That musical character is matched by an aesthetic that’s grounded in Americana style and refined with Taylor’s precision-crafted details. Rosewood’s mocha complexion is complemented with wood-rich trim, featuring Hawaiian koa binding, a herringbone-style rosette of Douglas fir with maple/black accents, bias-cut Douglas fir top trim, and a “weathered brown” pickguard design with a pattern reminiscent of leather. Modern playing amenities include a Venetian cutaway and Taylor’s stage-ready ES2 pickup and preamp.

  5. Taylor 814e - Sitka/Indian Rosewood #6037
    $3,299.00

Taylor’s popular acoustic/electric 814e shines as a superb all-purpose guitar. Its balance, warmth and articulation are great for fingerstyle, it has enough punch as a strummer to front a band, and the top-end power will fuel lead runs without getting shrill. Sitka Spurce top, Indian Rosewood Back & Sides, and equipped with Taylor Expression System 2 electronics; it makes a great choice for a gigging player looking for one guitar that can cover it all. The revoicing of the 800 Series has brought greater warmth, a more mature midrange, and a looser, more luxurious low end, thanks in part to the customized bracing and a new, custom-calibrated Elixir HD Light string gauge set. Premium appointments include maple binding and back strip, rosewood top edge trim, rosewood pickguard, Element fretboard inlay, and smoky ebony fretboard.

  6. Paul Reed Smith SE Custom 24 7-String #0837
    $499.00

For players looking to cover new ground, the SE Custom 24 7-String offers the feel and tones you’ll need. The addition of a low-B string will help you explore new sonic territory whether you’re playing rock, jazz, or metal.
The SE Custom 24 7-String, PRS Guitars first 7-string production instrument, takes familiar PRS aesthetics and playability to new sonic territory. Using the Custom 24 as a platform, this guitar adds a low-B string to offer increased versatility to the player who wants more tonal range. Whether you’re playing rock, jazz, or metal, this guitar provides extended low-end growl, increased chordal variance, and a greater ability to embellish standard chords.
The SE 7-String features a beveled maple top with flame maple veneer and mahogany back, a 24-fret, 25” scale length maple neck with rosewood fretboard and bird inlays. The electronics package pairs SE HFS and SE Vintage Bass pickups with a volume, push/pull tone, and 3-way blade switch. The SE HFS and SE Vintage pickups were designed to mirror the Maryland-made pickups of the same name (used on the Custom since 1991). Originally meaning Hot, Fat, and Screams, the HFS was the evolution of the original Standard treble pickup. The HFS is a powerful pickup with a balance of aggression, clear highs, strong mid-range, and strong bass. Likewise, the Vintage bass is the evolution of the original Standard bass pickup and has a warm high-mid sound that is excellent for many musical styles.

  11. USED 1990 Gibson Les Paul Standard Limited Colors Edition Trans Blue
    $1,650.00

Gibson has had some cool ideas over the years, and this was one of them: offering Les Pauls in wide variety of non standard finishes. I mean, after you've seen a million sunburst Gibsons, wouldn't you be a little bored and want something different? We are offering a Transparent Blue Gibson Les Paul Standard from 1990. This guitar is one of only 200 made as a limited edition color and is very cool looking. It shows cosmetic wear; it is 27 years old after all. Overall condition is very good plus. With the exception of the tuners which have been changed to gold Gotohs, and a couple of screws on the electronics backplate everything is original. It plays great. The frets are in excellent/near mint condition and show only the slightest hints of being played. The original pickups scream and sound great.  It's cool, it's unusual, and you can't go wrong with it. Comes with non-original hardshell case.
