  2. Paul Reed Smith SE Paul's Guitar - Aqua #7572
    $999.00

"The SE Paul’s Guitar is a great example of design, engineering, and teamwork. It’s as close to home as we could get inside of the SE Series, and I am very proud of it," Paul Reed Smith.
The SE Paul's Guitar delivers a lot of "PRS," starting with tone and versatility. The TCI "S" treble and bass pickups deliver a very pure, vintage sound. The SE Paul's Guitar also features two mini-toggle switches between the volume and tone knobs. This setup allows players to put either or both pickups in true single coil mode, which delivers the clarity and uniqueness of vintage single-coil tones in both single coil and humbucking positions. This is the first model to offer this style of electronics outside of the Private Stock and Core lines.
"The Paul's Guitar, like the Modern Eagle before it, has always been about Paul's latest discoveries in guitar making. To bring this guitar into the SE Series, we knew the tone, functionality, and playability had to be right and had to be consistent," said Jack Higginbotham, COO, PRS Guitars. "We feel this guitar offers a lot of value to players."

  7. 2006 R.Taylor Style 1 GS Rare Old Growth Redwood/Figured Walnut #245
    $4,495.00

      R. Taylor Guitars was a division of Taylor, the guitars were a step above the custom built Taylor models. Built in a different building from the rest of the Taylor production by a handful of Taylor's very best and most experienced luthier's. While still taking advantage of Taylor's vast resources and precision guitar components, these more experienced luthiers at R. Taylor worked in a small shop environment where they were able to spend more time on each individual guitar tweaking the bracings, if needed, instead of always leaving them exactly the way the CNC machines cut them like a production Taylor guitar.
Some of the major structural differences between an R. Taylor and regular Taylor is rather than using kerfing, R. Taylor used steamed and bent solid linings which involve more labor. This makes the sides far more rigid than traditional construction methods and translates into a lot more power than a similar shaped Taylor. The bridge plate is inset into the top giving it a lower interior profile and more sound transference to the top. The neck is a made out of one piece of mahogany while the standard Taylor uses a two piece neck heel and a headstock with a scarf joint.
In excellent, near mint condition. No dings, no nicks, only a tiny cloud of pick marks that are so slight you have to hold the guitar at just the right angle in just the right light to see. The frets are perfect. A Fishman Ellipse Blend pickup has been professionally installed. There are no issues with this guitar.
This guitar has opened up beautifully over the past 13 years. Warm, thick, and rich trebles from the gorgeous Old Growth Redwood top combined with tight, full, and focused bottom end response of the walnut back and sides make this R. Taylor a phenomenal fingerstyle guitar. Old growth Redwood like this is stronger than cedar giving you the best qualities of cedar but with much more dynamic range. It also gives it more power and projection with a higher volume ceiling, meaning this guitar responds beautifully to a flat pick. You can strum this very hard without the compression and top distortion you would get with a cedar top. Truly the best of both worlds and an incredible combination of woods that would suit any style of playing...This R. Taylor Style 2 features Old Growth Redwood Top, highly figured walnut Back and Sides, Tropical Mahogany Neck, Ebony Body and Neck Binding, 1-3/4" Nut Width, 25" Scale, '65 Top Radius, and an Ameritage Hardshell Case.

  8. USED Gibson 2016 Memphis Historic Series ES-330 1961 Reissue Sixties Cherry VOS
    $2,800.00

This guitar is a joy to play: a 2016 Gibson ES-330 Memphis Historic Series 1961 Reissue. It has a Sixties Cherry red finish, two P-90 pickups with black covers, aged nickel plated parts, "Mickey Mouse" ears and dot fret markers. This guitar has one of the best necks ever: full "C" profile, somewhat chunky, that fits perfectly in the palm of your hand. Condition is excellent, super clean and nice.  What's so cool is that this totally has the vintage vibe, but unlike a 50 year old guitar, everything works perfectly, with no issues. The ES-330, with its woody and bell-like timbre, has had some impressive devotees, Slim Harpo being my favorite. Also jazz players like Grant Green, bluesmen such as B.B. King, and rockers, including Keith Richards have used a 330 at one time or another. If you are fan of British Invasion stuff, this guitar is perfect as well. So many bands used this, or the Epiphone version of it. It comes with the original Gibson hard case.

  9. USED Marshall SL5 Slash Signature 5W 1x12 Combo
    $595.00

Here's a very cool Marshall SL5 Slash Signature 5W 1x12 Guitar Tube Combo amp. In near perfect condition. It's in perfect working condition. Does not include the footswitch. Designed with and approved by the man himself, the 5-watt SL5 combo is a more accessible way to Slashs tone, and has been devised primarily for studio or home use. It has two channels, switchable between clean and overdrive. The clean channel takes you from Slash clean to raunchy crunch, and the overdrive channel nails that Slash-style dirty tone. Switching down to 1W means that you can have all that great Slash tone at a volume that wont wake the neighbors. At the heart of the SL5 are three ECC83 preamp valves and a single EL34 in the power stage, with custom digital reverb. The speaker is one of Slashs favorites, a 12 Celestion Vintage 30.

    $499.00

Perfect as a first guitar or the last guitar you'll ever need, the PRS SE Standard 24 faithfully recreates the foundational design of the Custom 24, PRS's flagship model, with all-mahogany body construction. This guitar features classic PRS appointments, including a 24-fret maple neck, rosewood fretboard with bird inlays, 85/15 "S" pickups, and the PRS patented molded tremolo, resulting in a guitar that handles well and sounds as good plugged straight into an amp as it does run through a pedal board.

"With so many aspiring players struggling to stick with guitar past the first year, we knew we wanted to deliver an affordable quality guitar that players didn’t have to fight. We want the guitar to inspire you to play; it can’t be something you have to worry about staying in tune or simply working right. So while the [SE] Standards are our first foray into the below $500 price point, that doesn’t mean we compromised on tone, versatility, playability, or reliability," said Jack Higginbotham, COO, PRS Guitars.
