When Bill Collings first met the brilliant young jazz musician in 2014, the two began a series of in-depth conversations about their respective crafts. Lage's profound insights as a guitarist played a key role in the creation of Collings’ T (Traditional) Series guitars.   This one has an incredible highly quilted maple top with a natural finish. The figuring is truly exceptional - lots of 3-D depth and movement. Taylor no longer offers quilted maple tops like this on the T5 line.

Here is a beautiful 2021 Taylor 714ce Limited featuring a Lutz spruce top with stunning Blackheart Sassafras back and sides. This guitar is in excellent condition, showing only light cosmetic wear from normal careful use. It has been well cared for, and plays and sounds fantastic.
