  1. USED Mesa Boogie M9 Carbine Rackmount Bass Head
    $750.00

Mesa Boogie M9 Carbine bass head. USA made. In excellent condition. Has lived its entire life inside a rackcase and shows minor wear from being taken in and out of its case. In perfect working condition. Comes with power cable. Footswitch is not included...not a big deal as the footswitch only turns the EQ on and off and mutes the output. You'll aways want this EQ turned on! This amp sounds amazing! I can't think of any gig that it couldn't do.

  2. PAUL REED SMITH MCCARTY 594 - 10-TOP - Copperhead Burst #6033
    $4,300.00

This McCarty 594 feataures a 10-Top, Copperhead Burst finish, and an Ebony fingerboard and headstock veneer.

The McCarty 594 is a vintage-inspired instrument that is at once incredibly familiar and effortlessly playable. Whether you are looking for rich, authentic, vintage humbucking tones or nuanced, sweet single-coil sounds, the McCarty 594 can seamlessly master both sonic territories thanks to the 58/15 LT pickups and push/pull coil taps on the tone controls. The electronics layout, a few key specifications, and PRS craftsmanship combine in the McCarty 594 to create an instrument that plays in tune, is intonated the entire length of the neck, and feels like a guitar that you’ve been playing forever.

"The 594 is the best new guitar I've played in years. It has a vintage heart and soul but without the technical limitations that usually come along with an old instrument. What good is an old guitar if you can't get all that feel out of the upper frets, or the intonation is off? To hear that old PAF sound but be able to articulate the notes in a way that only modern manufacturing could allow is so exciting." – John Mayer

  4. Ibanez SR30TH4PE - Bubinga - Ash - Mahogany
    $1,399.00

For 30 years the SR has given bass players a modern alternative. With its continued popularity, Ibanez is constantly endeavoring to answer the wider needs of a variety of players, at a variety of budgets. But no matter what the specs, the heart is the same-SR continues to excite with its smooth, fast neck, lightweight body, and perfectly matched electronics.

As part of the esteemed Ibanez Premium line, the SR30TH4PE is manufactured with select tonewoods and high-profile electronics by some of the most experienced and skilled Ibanez craftsman. This 4-string bass features a semi-hollow Bubinga top and an Ash/ Mahogany back body shaped in the iconic SR design. Three oval sound holes add to the unique, artistic design of the bass, while enhancing the warm, rich resonance of the semi-hollow construction. A slightly thicker body, combined with the half-hollow construction, helps to maintain both comfort and body balance.

An Atlas-4 5pc Wenge/Bubinga neck, with Wenge fretboard, features medium frets and Abalone oval inlay. The neck end adjustment allows for easy neck adjustment without loosening the strings. The Mono-Rail V Bridge offers a wide intonation range and is the ultimate bridge for bass string isolation. Each saddle is independently and securely locked down to the body for maximum vibration transfer without interference.

Electronics include single-coil Nordstrand “Big Single” pickups, for a full-bodied, aggressive tonal texture that retains the clarity associated with single-coil pickups. The Ibanez Custom Electronics 3-band EQ, with EQ bypass switch and 3-way mid frequency switch allows for precise tonal control (250 Hz, 450 Hz, and 700 Hz). When the EQ bypass is activated, the treble-tone control knob acts as a passive tone control for the instrument’s output. This setup, combined with the warmth of the semi-hollow Mahogany body, creates a tone that is warm and “woody”, while retaining clarity and definition.

    Regular Price: $858.00

    Special Price $599.00

The verdict became clear so fast it would have put that wry grin on Leo's face: the Made-in-Fullerton Kiloton is a smash-hit. Demand from players and musicians alike for a Tribute Series version thundered with the same visceral punch as the bass itself delivers. And the moment of impact is now: meet the new G&L Tribute Series Kiloton.

Just like its Made-in-Fullerton brother, the Tribute Series Kiloton features the most comfortable bass body ever created by Leo Fender. It's compact and pure, with every curve and contour perfectly executed. The Tribute Series Kiloton delivers maximum firepower from its single G&L Magnetic Field Design humbucker, planted right in the sweet spot specified by Leo Fender back when the G&L factory was still called CLF Research.

The Tribute Series Kiloton's single Made-in-Fullerton MFD ‘bucker fires without the aid of a preamp, while a 3-position series/split/parallel toggle harnesses the coils' power. Simple volume and tone controls are devastatingly effective, revealing a wide range of textures Leo's MFD bucker is famous for. What's more, the Tribute Series Kiloton is armed with a Leo Fender-designed Saddle-Lock bridge to transfer all the energy right into the body end-grain for an incredibly resonant instrument.

  9. 2006 R. Taylor Style 1 Indian Rosewood/Sitka Spruce w/Laskin Armrest
    $3,400.00

Bob Taylor has been making fine guitars for many years. When he puts his name on a signature guitar, then you know it's a good one. Taylor is not making the R Taylor Signature line right now, so this is a rare opportunity to own one. Taylor used only his most experienced craftsman on these instruments, with the best woods, in a small shop setting outside of the regular Taylor Guitar prodution. Here we have a 2006 R Taylor Style 1. Spruce top, Indian Rosewood back and sides, Ebony fingerboard, and an Ebony contoured arm bevel. The Laskin Armrest is a fantastic option that makes the guitar much more comfortable to play...it was also an additional $1500. The R Taylor guitars have a one-piece neck, without the scarf joint like the regular Taylor production guitars have. It is an amazing sounding guitar, that is perfectly suited for both strumming and fingerpicking. The kerfing is steamed and bent just the way cellos are made. The bridge plate is inlaid into the top, creating better tone and sound transference. It has the Expression system electronics, which sounds great. This guitar is clean and nice. The neck is straight and true. The frets are in perfect condition. There is a ding on the back, but it does not go through to the wood. It has the deluxe R Taylor case. A truly fantastic guitar. It's our acoustic salesman's current favorite guitar in the shop...you better buy it before he does.

  10. Vintage 1971 Marshall 1959 Super Lead 100 Head & matching 4x12 cab
    $3,750.00

Amazing sounding vintage Marshall Super Lead 100 head and matching 4x12 cabinet. Both made in 1971. This was previously owned by the guitarist from the legendary Memphis band, Target. Target had a large Mid-South regional fan base in the early 1970's and opened for Black Sabbath, Boston, and Kiss. Their lead singer, Jimi Jamison, went on to become the front man for Survivor and sang on a bunch of their hits; "I Can't Hold Back", High On You", "The Search Is Over", and "Burning Heart".

The amp has been completely gone through and serviced: new F&T filter caps installed; three new Tung-Sol 12AX7 preamp tubes; new EL-34 power tubes; cleaned contact points to ensure good grounds; preamp circuit returned to '71 circuit; replaced output sockets with Beltons; new Carling switches installed; output transformer transformer wire splices redone to NASA standards, insulated, and secured beneath board; new grounded cable installed, fuse wire to code, unnecessary polarity circuit removed; 3000V diodes to prevent flyback damage; 1R resistors for checking individual output current draw (Yes, I know this is not how Marshall did it originally. This is better); Output jacks put back in, but new wire (The old thin stuff was bent and slightly corroded...not something I'd trust this output transformer to); all new 18AWG buss wire with good solder joints.

The matching 4x12 cabinet has the original greenback Celestion G-12M 25 watt speakers.

  11. Suhr Custom Modern - Silver Drip - Left-Handed #1996
    $4,780.00

Sometimes things just don't work out. A customer ordered this guitar from Suhr to his exact specs. Very cool specs, but unfortunately was unable to complete the transaction. Let his loss be your gain. What we have is a new Suhr Modern left-handed. It is set up from Suhr for right-handed playing, because that is how this guy learned to play. It is a left-handed guitar though, and could be strung as a left-handed guitar by simply swapping out the Floyd nut. I'm right-handed and I would play this guitar because I think guitars look really cool upside down. It's also a flat-out incredible guitar, and sounds amazing.
It's got a roasted Alder body, roasted Maple neck and fingerboard, 10-14" compound radius, Modern Elliptical neck carve (.800-.850), jumbo stainless steel frets, Suhr SSV pickup in the neck, SSH Plus in the bridge, Floyd Rose tremelo, locking nut, five way switch, and push-pull parallel pot for the bridge pickup.
It's brand new, never been sold, comes with full warranty, hard-case, and is ready to go.

The retail price for this guitar is $4780. Please call us directly for extra special pricing.

  12. G&L JB - Block Inlay - 3-Tone Sunburst #6347
    $2,841.00 Click for price

What could be cooler than a 70's Fender Jazz Bass?  How about a brand new, G&L JB?  This is so cool, a maple neck with a black, block markers, sunburst finish, two G&L JB Alinico 5 single coil pickups.  The neck is hard rock maple, the body is alder, it is 1 1/2'' at the nut.  If you like seventies funk, you'll be over the moon for this.  The Brothers Johnson wish they had this bass.  I've dealt vintage guitars for many years and this is better than any 70's vintage Jazz Bass I ever had.  I don't want offend any owners of 70's Fender's, I LOVE them, but this is lighter, and honestly, better made.  Hey, don't take my word for it. Try it, you'll love it.  Comes with hard case.
