In this small but mighty 25-watt incarnation, the sounds and attributes that make MARK Series amps so popular on stage and in the studio are not only shrunk to their smallest possible physical size, but are also further refined and improved. The gorgeous sparkling Cleans and soaring high gain Lead sounds have made the jump successfully across output tube platforms and a new and exciting timbre of the MARK Series voice is created here in the MARK FIVE: 25’s EL84 Duet. The VOX AC15 is the amp that started it all. Boasting both a Normal and Top Boost channel, the AC15 Custom Head is an all-tube, EL84 driven workhorse that delivers 15 watts of authentic British tone.   Here's a 1972 Fender Super Reverb in excellent condition, and in perfect working order. This Super has a voice that is both rich and smooth, providing a clear and punchy sound that sparkles with the best. Recently serviced, the amp is able to deliver huge cleans and incredible power like few other Fenders can.
  The circuit and transformers are all original. All electrolytic caps have been replaced with F&T and Vishay caps. New power cables has been installed and grounded correctly. New MOD reverb tank installed and reverb bag cleaned. New JJ GZ34 rectifier tube installed and the bias has been set. All the hardware throughout the amp has been tightened and pots cleaned.
  The speakers are a 2 original vintage Jensen's and 2 modern Fender branded ceramic 10" drivers. These speakers all have clean frames and sound great, easily handling the wattage of the amp. The original smooth black tolex is intact and in good condition The faceplate retains all of the original knobs, and the raised Fender logo on the grillcloth is present too. The stock hardware is present including the chassis straps, corners, handle caps, and tilt-back legs. A set of casters has also been installed.
  This vintage Fender Super Reverb has been thoroughly serviced and retubed and is ready for stage and studio use.

  In the twilight of the 1960s, SF Bay Area amp repairman to the Stars, Randall Smith, was inspired to start building his own amplifiers after coming to a deep appreciation for the '50s Tweed circuits developed by Leo Fender. He loved their organic sounding voice, powerful controls and the way they smoothly transitioned from clean to clip and back again.
