Sapele, often compared to mahogany because of its look and sound, first joined the Taylor lineup in 1998. Since then, our sapele/spruce 300 Series guitars have welcomed countless players to the all-solid-wood acoustic experience. The limited-edition 50th Anniversary 312ce LTD celebrates and continues that tradition. The cutaway Grand Concert features solid sapele back and sides paired with a torrefied Sitka spruce top. This combination produces a balanced, resonant tone with clarity, warmth and responsiveness. Our special roasting process slightly darkens the soundboard and adds touches of aged-in sweetness and depth from the first time the guitar is played. V-Class voicing architecture inside improves pitch accuracy up and down the neck while boosting volume and sustain. Its slim neck and low action ensure familiar Taylor playability. A shorter, finger-friendly scale length makes fretting easier and reduces string tension, making for an even more inviting playing experience. Gemstone inlays, a bold firestripe pickguard, a shaded edgeburst and gloss-finished body add distinctive visual appeal. Other 50th Anniversary touches include a commemorative label inside, gold Taylor tuners and ebony bridge pins with gold acrylic dots. The guitar comes equipped with an onboard ES2 pickup and ships in a Deluxe Hardshell Case.

The square-shouldered 14-fret dreadnought is the most popular steel-string acoustic guitar body shape in the world. While Collings is certainly not the only company to build them, they bring a new tonal clarity to the depth and warmth usually associated with such a large, deep-bodied guitar. Although its bass response makes the dreadnought ideal for vocal accompaniment, Collings versions are also often employed by bluegrass flatpickers who must compete with inherently louder instruments such as banjos and fiddles. -

Parlor-sized acoustics can be miscategorized because of their size but make no mistake this is a professional-grade instrument. Plug in, and the PRS-Voiced Fishman Sonitone pickup system delivers dynamic, organic tone, so whether writing, recording, or performing, the P20E is sure to impress. This electronics system features an undersaddle pickup and soundhole mounted preamp with easy-to-access volume and tone controls, which essentially transforms what some may consider a "couch guitar" into a workhorse stage instrument.
Featuring a satin finish with herringbone rosette and accents, the P20E looks as good as it sounds. Other high-quality features include a solid mahogany top, ebony fretboard and bridge, bone nut and saddle, as well as PRS trademark bird inlays and headstock design. The PRS NF 53 is a powerful guitar that combines classic tones with modern design. Inspired by one of Paul Reed Smith’s vintage guitars from 1953, the PRS NF 53 combines a swamp ash body and 22-fret, 25.5” scale length bolt-on maple neck with maple fretboard with a special set of PRS Narrowfield pickups. The PRS Narrowfield DD (Deep Dish) pickups are made with taller bobbins to fit more winds and extra metal pieces in between the magnets for a more focused, powerful tone.

“I am so pleased with the feedback from the artists who have played this guitar – everyone is telling us that we have something special here,” said Paul Reed Smith. “If you are a fan of this style and tone, the NF 53 will take you where you want to go. To me to have this kind of beautiful high end without the hum is game changing.”
