Retaining the classic maple top/mahogany back combination with our classic body shape and an asymmetrical beveled top, this guitar has a resonant, powerful voice. Its versatility comes from its Maryland, USA-wound 85/15 pickups and 5-way blade switch, offering all the same sounds as the flagship Custom 24. Familiar for PRS players of old, and a fresh take for players of all types.

  This 24-08 features a stunning Quilted Maple 10-Top, Korina Back & Neck, Ebony fingerboard, Pattern-Thin neck carve, and Vintage Natural Smoked Burst finish.
  The Custom 24 is the quintessential PRS guitar, the iconic instrument that started it all back in 1985. The Custom 24-08 keeps many of the foundational specs as the original Custom – maple top, mahogany back and neck, 24 frets, 25" scale length, the PRS patented Gen III tremolo – but adds a new level of versatility with its TCI pickups and intuitive switching system. Featuring two mini-toggle coil-tap switches, the Custom 24-08 has eight different pickup settings that provide an array of humbucking and single coil tones, including a dual single coil option.   The Custom 24 is the quintessential PRS guitar. This iconic instrument was the first model that Paul Reed Smith brought to the public at PRS Guitars’ first Winter NAMM show in 1985 and has been a top seller ever since. Played by internationally touring artists, gigging musicians, and aspiring players, the Custom 24 features PRS’s patented Gen III tremolo system and PRS 85/15 pickups with volume and tone controls and a 5-way blade switch. 85/15 pickups were personally designed by Paul Reed Smith to offer remarkable clarity and extended high and low end.

  The PRS NF 53 is a powerful guitar that combines classic tones with modern design. Inspired by one of Paul Reed Smith’s vintage guitars from 1953, the PRS NF 53 combines a swamp ash body and 22-fret, 25.5” scale length bolt-on maple neck with maple fretboard with a special set of PRS Narrowfield pickups. The PRS Narrowfield DD (Deep Dish) pickups are made with taller bobbins to fit more winds and extra metal pieces in between the magnets for a more focused, powerful tone.

  Here's a very cool 2008 Flaxwood Voima electric guitar. Crafted in Finland, these instruments are known for their innovative use of materials, exceptional build quality, rich tones, and superb playability. This Voima guitar is in excellent condition, with minimal signs of use: only light pickwear, no dents, nicks, bumps, or buckle rash. The neck is straight and true, and the frets show only the slightest hint of play wear. It has been well cared for and recently set up professionally with new strings. It comes with all of the original paperwork, hangtag, adjustment tools, tremolo bar, and hardshell case.

  This particular Flaxwood Voima guitar was showcased at the NAMM show in 2008, when Flaxwood was first introduced to the USA market. Its history as a NAMM showpiece adds to its uniqueness and value.
