Based on Larrivee's tried and true "X-Brace" design, Jean Larrivee blended a non-symmetrical scalloped lateral cross-bracing pattern with their standard X-Brace. This means maximum strength using the least amount of material. It's a build that allows even further vibration of the soundboard, while still offering a controlled dynamic bass response. Like all Larrivée's, the 40 Series are built in America using only all solid wood and feature upgrades like bone nut and saddle, diamond fingerboard dots, and 18:1 open-back tuners. Jean's revolutionary new bracing design means a robust and unique tone that is sure to appeal to traditional and long-time Larrivée players alike.

Their vintage-spec CLF-100 Alnico single coils were developed directly from original Leo Fender prints, and successfully and impeccably capture that sparkle and spank of late 50s single coils.   The PRS Silver Sky is the result of a close collaboration between Grammy Award-winning musician John Mayer and Paul Reed Smith. More than two and half years in the making, the Silver Sky is a vintage-inspired instrument that is at once familiar but also newly PRS through and through. This model was based off of Mayer and Smith's favorite elements from 1963 and 1964 vintage instruments, resulting in an idealized version of a vintage single-coil guitar. The attention that was paid to every detail sets this guitar apart.
