If the traditional double-cutaway bolt-on guitar is your standard, then the G&L Fullerton Deluxe Legacy is probably your best bet. Their vintage-spec CLF-100 Alnico single coils were developed directly from original Leo Fender prints, and successfully and impeccably capture that sparkle and spank of late 50s single coils.
