  3. Paul Reed Smith SE Standard 24 - Translucent Blue
    $499.00

Perfect as a first guitar or the last guitar you’ll ever need, the PRS SE Standard 24 faithfully recreates the foundational design of the Custom 24, PRS’s flagship model, with all-mahogany body construction. This guitar features classic PRS appointments, including a 24-fret mahogany neck (set neck construction), rosewood fretboard with bird inlays, 85/15 “S” pickups, and the PRS patented molded tremolo, resulting in a guitar that handles well and sounds as good plugged straight into an amp as it does run through a pedal board.

“With so many aspiring players struggling to stick with guitar past the first year, we knew we wanted to deliver an affordable quality guitar that players didn’t have to fight. We want the guitar to inspire you to play; it can’t be something you have to worry about staying in tune or simply working right. So while the [SE] Standards are our first foray into the below $500 price point, that doesn’t mean we compromised on tone, versatility, playability, or reliability,” said Jack Higginbotham, COO, PRS Guitars. “We’re very proud to offer these guitars to the world.”

    $3,685.00

This McCarty 594 feataures a McCarty Sunburst finish, and a Brazilian Rosewood fingerboard and headstock veneer.

The McCarty 594 is a vintage-inspired instrument that is at once incredibly familiar and effortlessly playable. Whether you are looking for rich, authentic, vintage humbucking tones or nuanced, sweet single-coil sounds, the McCarty 594 can seamlessly master both sonic territories thanks to the 58/15 LT pickups and push/pull coil taps on the tone controls. The electronics layout, a few key specifications, and PRS craftsmanship combine in the McCarty 594 to create an instrument that plays in tune, is intonated the entire length of the neck, and feels like a guitar that you’ve been playing forever.
"The 594 is the best new guitar I've played in years. It has a vintage heart and soul but without the technical limitations that usually come along with an old instrument. What good is an old guitar if you can't get all that feel out of the upper frets, or the intonation is off? To hear that old PAF sound but be able to articulate the notes in a way that only modern manufacturing could allow is so exciting." – John Mayer

  5. USED 2007 PRS McCarty Korina RARE one-of-a-kind Ocean Turquoise
    $1,895.00

"Korina, Korina won't you please come home." You like Korina? We got Korina for you. This PRS McCarty Korina model was made in 2007. It's a One Off, a one of a kind guitar that has some really cool and unique specs. The custom color, Ocean Turquoise, is not the only feature that sets this guitar apart as a one-off. When the body is one piece of wood without a maple top PRS typically paints the whole body, and does not have scraped binding. This solid Korina body does have the scraped binding, that's not only very cool, it looks fantastic next to the natural Korina wood. It also has a matching headstock (I'm a total sucker for matching headstocks), and to make it just a little bit cooler, it has a Korina truss rod cover. A Korina truss rod cover, how cool is that? The guitar was sent back to PRS and their PTC crew upgraded the pickups to 59/09's with brushed nickel covers. We no longer have the original pickups. Collector owned, it is in mint condition showing absolutely zero wear. No scuff, dings, or scratches. The frets are perfect, unplayed. The neck is straight and true. It feels great, plays great, sounds great, and looks so so cool. Comes with original hardshell case. If you like cool and special guitars, grab this one, you'll never find another like it..

  7. *LOWER PRICE* USED 2004 Taylor Custom Jumbo 12 string All Koa Electric Acoustic

    Regular Price: $2,995.00

    Special Price $2,395.00

I love, love, love a 12 string guitar. There are so many great 12 string songs. "Walk Right In" by the Rooftop Singers immediately comes to mind, as does Leadbelly, The Byrds, Leo Kottke, early Stones, and so on. This is an all Koa guitar with a cutaway, and pickup system. Built in 2004, this guitar precedes Taylor's BTO program, and was custom built for a local artist. You hardly ever see an all Koa Taylor 12-string. In fact, this is only the second one I've ever seen in the past 20 years. The koa wood is gorgeous, it is absolutely lovely. Tortoise shell body and neck binding. Expression system electronics. The guitar is in good condition, shows some slight overall play wear. It sounds amazing, like a great grand piano. Sublime really (I know that sounds over the top but sometimes I just can't help myself) The frets are fine, showing some slight wear but with lots of life in them. Everything is good and ready to go. You'll love this guitar, I know I do.  Comes with original hard case.
