Roger Sadowsky's goal was always to further improve an already very successful bass design by making a number of detailed improvements. Along with the electronics, which he developed by himself, he succeeded to raise the well-known P/J bass sound to a new level, so today you can speak of a typical Sadowsky tone: Never harsh or shrill sounding, with strong, powerful but never muddy bass, with present, but not too aggressive mids, and a sweet and airy treble range. All features of this modern bass sound can also be found in the 21-Fret Hybrid P/J basses of the MetroExpress series. All basses are lightweight. A good choice for bass players who are looking for a lightweight solution for the stage in addition to a modern bass sound. This version of the Sadowsky Hybrid P/J Bass features a Tobacco Burst finish, a white pickguard, and a Morado (Pau Ferro) fingerboard.

The Orchestra name was given to this model in 1929 in an attempt to entice guitarists in dance orchestras to pick one up and take it to a gig. In more recent years, it has become a go-to instrument for finger pickers, due to its sensitive dynamic profile and subtle tonal properties. It provides a more carefully sculpted sound than a big bodied acoustic. -

The PRS Silver Sky is the result of a close collaboration between Grammy Award-winning musician John Mayer and Paul Reed Smith. More than two and half years in the making, the Silver Sky is a vintage-inspired instrument that is at once familiar but also newly PRS through and through. This model was based off of Mayer and Smith's favorite elements from 1963 and 1964 vintage instruments, resulting in an idealized version of a vintage single-coil guitar. The attention that was paid to every detail sets this guitar apart.

"It's been a dream of mine for years to design a guitar that includes some of my favorite vintage specifications but with a modern spirit and aesthetic. After two years of study and refinement, the Silver Sky is my vision of what a reboot of the electric guitar should look and feel like." – John Mayer -

Sharing all the same elevated performance benefits of Tom Anderson's venerated T-Classic model, the T-Icon also features a much more iconic 3-saddle bridge, with a baseplate design that surrounds the angled single coil-sized bridge pickup. This bridge has a compensated (corrected) saddle design for uncompromisingly accurate intonation and ridiculously in-tune playing - like each and every Anderson guitar ever created. This takes the vintage experience to a whole new level, as accurate intonation not only means more in-tune playing but also much richer and fuller tonality with greater sustain as more sympathetic frequencies harmonize rather than contrast. It is this intricate attention to detail, along with all other Anderson elevated performance attributes, that creates this T-style instrument of unparalleled vintage proportions, known as T-Icon.
