Specs are spot on: a 12-fret 000 body, Adirondack spruce top, and Golden Era scalloped Adirondack bracing, paired with solid mahogany back and sides and a 24.9" scale for that relaxed, vintage feel. The modified V 1930s-style neck feels comfortable without being bulky.
A particularly cool touch is the use of Brazilian rosewood for the neck heel and headplate: a rare and special Custom Shop option, especially on an 18-style guitar; and a subtle nod to true prewar Martins.
If you are after a small-body Martin with real Golden Era character, that is easy to play and full of personality, this one absolutely has it.
