  Goncalo Alves, commonly known as Tigerwood, is an incredibly distinctive lumber species. Its golden-brown to deep red-brown hues are interspersed with blackish-brown streaks, creating the tiger-like streaks that give it its name.

The S2 McCarty 594 is a versatile, vintage-inspired instrument that delivers both humbucking and single-coil tones in a modern, reliable package. Featuring a bound 22-fret Pattern Vintage neck and slightly thicker back for more sustain, the S2 McCarty 594 feels and sounds like a guitar you’ve been playing forever. The PRS Swamp Ash Special brings a unique look and sound to the PRS Bolt-On line up. Its swamp ash body is equipped with a versatile hum/“single”/hum pickup configuration. Two 58/15 LT pickups flank a PRS Narrowfield in the middle position, which adds a single-coil bite – without the hum. Paired with a volume, tone, 5-way blade switch, and dual mini-toggle coil-tap switches (for the first time on this model), the Swamp Ash Special has a total of twelve sound combinations.   The PRS NF 53 is a powerful guitar that combines classic tones with modern design. Inspired by one of Paul Reed Smith’s vintage guitars from 1953, the PRS NF 53 combines a swamp ash body and 22-fret, 25.5” scale length bolt-on maple neck with maple fretboard with a special set of PRS Narrowfield pickups. PRS Narrowfield DD (Deep Dish) pickups are made with taller bobbins to fit more winds and extra metal pieces in between the magnets for a more focused, powerful tone.
  Paired with a volume and tone control and 3-way blade pickup switch, the NF 53 allows players to easily dial in their sound. The steel plate-style bridge, bone nut, and PRS Phase III tuners with unplated brass shafts all work together to provide precise and reliable tuning stability while promoting sustain and powerful tone.

Featuring a Thermo-Cured Adirondack Spruce top. The Orchestra name was given to this model in 1929 in an attempt to entice guitarists in dance orchestras to pick one up and take it to a gig. In more recent years, it has become a go-to instrument for finger pickers, due to its sensitive dynamic profile and subtle tonal properties. It provides a more carefully sculpted sound than a big bodied acoustic.

  Here is a standout example of a 2012 Gibson Les Paul Standard Premium Plus in a gorgeous Desert Burst finish, featuring a AAA-grade flamed maple top with wide, dramatic figuring. The top is a showstopper: bold, deep flame from every angle.
  This one also sports a rosewood fretboard, which was less common for 2012 Les Paul Standards. The neck has the asymmetrical '60s slim profile: it is extremely comfortable, with a slightly thinner feel on the treble side and a bit more mass on the bass side for a natural fit in the hand.

Takamine's P4DC dreadnought cutaway combines tradition with contemporary refinements, including a resonant solid spruce top with "X" top bracing for superior clarity and projection, and a solid sapele back with sapele sides for rich, warm sound.
