  Here's a 2006 Gretsch Chet Atkins Country Classic G6122-1962. Made in 2006. This is a reissue of the double-cutaway version of the Country Gentleman that George Harrison used on the Ed Sullivan show all those years ago. This is the guitar that many people imagine when they think of a Gretsch "Country Gentleman". This one sounds and plays as amazingly as it looks.

  This guitar is in fair condition. It has been cared for, but played, and shows play and finish wear that is appropriate for its age...it all adds to its vintage charm though. Neck, and neck angle are straight and true. The binding is in great condition. Frets are worn, with many pits and divets. Despite this, the guitar still plays surprisingly well, and sounds fantastic! You will encounter the odd rattle throughout the fingerboard though, from fret divets.
