The tone potentiometer code 304-6245 designates it was made by Stackpole Electronics, Inc. in the 45th week of 1962.

    Here very cool and rare Japanese made ESP/LTD Mirage. An early first LTD. Beautiful transparent Emerald finish which has faded to a nice looking Matcha green. Solid Swamp Ash body, bolt on maple neck with Indian Rosewood fingerboard. The 22 fret neck has a slim Mirage profile that is very easy to play. Two single coil sized ESP dual rail humbuckers in the neck and middle position, and full sized bridge humbucker. Gotoh locking tuners and Wilkinson tremolo. The Wilkinson has one replacement screw. The guitar shows overall light cosmetic wear, appropriate for its age. The finish is glossy with swirls, light surface scratches, and other minor blemishes. The frets are in excellent condition with no divots present. It plays and sounds great with low action. Comes with the tremolo bar. Does not include a case.

Gibson wanted to celebrate Les Paul's 100th Anniversary by releasing models with a bunch of modern features and tonal improvements. The Rosewood fingerboard is thicker for increased mass and sustain. The fingerboard is sanded smoother, buffed, and oiled for improved playability and feel. It has a new and improved neck joint for better stability. The nut is Gibson's patent-pending Zero Fret Nut that can be easily adjusted with a hex key, if your action is too high - no filing necessary. The G Force Tuning System alows for faster, more accurate, as well as alternative tunings. It plays better than ever, thanks to a new PLEK process and a new lower fret wire. It's in super clean condition. Very minimal, superficial surface scratches. A few little dings. And one ding worth mentioning that is bigger at the treble side near the waist of the body...see photos. The frets are in perfect condition. It plays and sounds great. In addition, this 2015 model also features a Les Paul 100 signature and a cool Les Paul hologram to commemorate the birthday of one of the most influential pioneers in the world of solid body electric guitars.

      Here's an early Gibson ES-125. Made in 1946 at the Kalamazoo Plant, MI, USA. Production Number: 98654. This one has the rare and highly sought after tall barrel knobs that were only found on ES Models for a couple of years in the late 1940's. Laminate maple top, back, and sides, a mahogany neck, Brazilian Rosewood fingerboard and bridge, and dot inlays.
      For a nearly 80 year old guitar, this guitar is in excellent condition. It has been professionally refretted and had a bone nut installed. It's plays great and sounds great. The electronics are fully functional. The neck is straight and true and the truss rod moves smoothly. No splits or cracks. There's a small hole on the side of the neck heel where (presumably) a strap button once was. It's currently strung with D'Addario flatwounds. Come with hardshell case.
