  Here's a very nice Taylor 314-CE acoustic electric. USA made in 2013. Professional grade instrument with all solid wood construction. It's a 6 string grand auditorium size with Sitka Spruce top, sapele back and sides, soft (Venetian) cutaway, 1 3/4" nut width, black binding, wood fiber rosette, pearl dot inlay on fretboard, mahogany neck with ebony fingerboard, ebony bridge, Taylor Expression pickup system, 25 1/2" scale, and satin finished body with gloss top.
  This one has grown sweetly mellow over the years and has great balance with great dynamic range. Overall the guitar is appears very clean with some light surface scratches and dings on the top back and sides. The neck is straight and true. Frets show some slight impressions here and there under the B and high-E strings. Nothing that affects playability. The frets should have years of play left in them. Comes with Taylor hardshell case.

Thanks to the magic of the Adirondack spruce top you get huge low end, crisp and bright high end with lots of punch, and tone and volume that does not break down. No matter how hard you strike this instrument, it just gets louder and never gives out. This guitar has overtones for days with plenty of cut and articulation for serious flatpicking. Here's a cool guitar. A really cool guitar. A true one of a kind. We are offering a 1981 Mossman Guitar Golden Era model custom made for Bob Shane by Stuart Mossman to commemorate 25 years of the The Kingston Trio. This guitar was a collaborative effort between Bob and Stuart Mossman. Bob personally selected the Brazilian rosewood and spruce top from Mossman's private stash, (Remember the word "stash"...you'll understand in a minute). Bob played this guitar for three years on the road before he retired it. Kingston Trio was the the preeminent folk band in the early sixties and spearheaded the massive, folk boom. These guys are the Beatles of folk music. This is a fantastic guitar and a great piece of American music history.
