  The PRS SE DGT (David Grissom Trem) brings David Grissom’s signature model to the SE Series for the first time. Lakland 55-94 Deluxe 5 String Bass in Cherry Sunburst finish over a gorgeous highly quilted maple top. One of the most comfortable basses you'll ever pick up. USA made in 2001. It is all-original, with Bartolini pickups and preamp. Collector owned, in NEAR MINT condition with no play wear. It could easily pass for brand new, and still has the protective plastic on the back electronics cover! The frets are in perfect condition. The neck is straight and true. Birds-eye maple quarter-sawn neck with graphite reinforcement bars neck. Lakland 5-string basses feature a B-string that is tight, well defined and feels like a natural extension of the instrument accomplished by combining a 35" scale with the solid anchoring of the string through the body design. It has high quality hipshot ultralight machines. The controls are active Cut and Boost: Bass, Midrange, Treble knobs. Panning-style Pickup Blend Control knob. Master Volume (pull for preamp bypass).   This CE 24 Semi-Hollow features an unusual Quilted Faded Gray with Green Burst.
  Combining the snap and sustain of a bolt-on guitar with the airy resonance of a semi-hollow body, the CE 24 Semi-Hollow is a truly unique addition to the PRS Bolt-On lineup. The body pairs the traditional combination of a mahogany back and maple top with a bolt-on maple neck and rosewood fretboard. The neck features a Pattern Thin carve and satin nitro finish for a natural, addictive feel. The electronics consist of a volume and push/pull tone control with a 3-way toggle switch, giving a total of six classic sounds from the PRS 85/15 pickups.
  The original CE was introduced in 1988, offering players traditional PRS design and quality with the added snap and sparkle of a bolt-on guitar.

  The PRS Special Semi-Hollow offers players a versatile hum/“single”/hum configuration with two PRS 58/15 LT humbuckers and a PRS Narrowfield middle pickup. PRS Narrowfield pickups deliver the bite of a single coil, so they cut through the mix with plenty of clarity and punch – without the hum. Paired with a 5-way blade switch and two mini-toggles that split the 58/15 LT humbuckers, this guitar can handle myriad sounds and styles (with twelve pickup combinations in total). Roll back the tone control for added growl, turn it up for some shimmer, and have fun exploring this versatile tonal palette.
  Additional specifications include a maple top, mahogany back, 22-fret 25” scale length mahogany neck, rosewood fretboard, Phase III locking tuners, and the PRS Gen III patented tremolo system. The volume levels between the humbucking and single-coil settings remain very even, and the semi-hollow body with single f-hole provides a welcome airiness and depth to the guitar’s tone.

  The square-shouldered, 14-fret dreadnought is the poster boy of acoustic guitar body shapes. It's classic, but above all, practical. While Collings is certainly not the only company to build them, they bring a new tonal clarity to the depth and warmth usually associated with such a large, deep-bodied guitar.
  Although its bass response makes the dreadnought ideal for vocal accompaniment, Collings versions are also often employed by bluegrass flatpickers who must compete with inherently louder instruments such as banjos and fiddles.
