Carlos Santana's longstanding creative partnership with Paul Reed Smith has done much to shape the destiny of PRS Guitars. The DGT Semi-Hollow is based off one of David Grissom’s personal Private Stock guitars.   This one-of-a-kind Twenty-T is handbuilt by local Memphis luthier and musician Keith Schexnayder of 20 Guitars. This is not a parts guitar: the neck and body were carved, finished, and assembled entirely by the builder.
  The body and top are made from reclaimed old-growth timber salvaged from the French Hotel in Senatobia, MS (built 1858). The body comes from roof rafters, and the top is nearly a one-piece Douglas fir deck from the same building. This wood spent over 160 years naturally seasoned, resulting in exceptional density and resonance—it rings loudly and evenly.
