Based on the well-known military camouflage pattern, the EC-1000 Woodland Camo Satin has complementary black 1-ply binding and matching black hardware, and offers set-thru construction at a comfortable 24.75” scale. Its three-piece mahogany neck offers a Macassar ebony fingerboard with white pearloid ESP flag inlays and 24 extra-jumbo stainless steel frets. Played by internationally touring artists, gigging musicians, and aspiring players, the Custom 24 features PRS’s patented Gen III tremolo system and PRS 85/15 pickups with volume and tone controls and a 5-way blade switch. 85/15 pickups were personally designed by Paul Reed Smith to offer remarkable clarity and extended high and low end.

The original CE was introduced in 1988 and offered players PRS design and quality with the added snap and sparkle of traditional bolt-on guitars. The Custom 24-08 keeps many of the foundational specs as the original Custom – maple top, mahogany back and neck, 24 frets, 25" scale length, the PRS patented Gen III tremolo – but adds a new level of versatility with its TCI pickups and intuitive switching system.
