$2,699.00Larrivee's revolutionary 40 Series features Jean's innovative "Scalloped Parabolic Hybrid" bracing system design. Based on their tried and true "X-Brace" design, Jean blended a non-symmetrical scalloped lateral cross-bracing pattern. This means maximum strength using the least amount of material. It's a build that allows even further vibration of the soundboard, while still offering a controlled bass response. The 40 Series are built in America using all solid wood, like all Larrivée's, and feature upgrades like bone bridge pins, nut and saddle, diamond fingerboard dots and Grover 18:1 open back tuners. Jean's exciting design means a fresh new sound that is sure to appeal to traditional and long-time Larrivee players alike.

$2,850.00Here is a 1975 Fender Precision Bass with a natural finish, ash body, and maple neck and fingerboard. Serial number 626646.
Learn More
The bass plays and sounds great. Currently set up with flatwound strings it has that solid, authoritative Precision tone you’d expect from a mid '70s Fender. It is in good condition showing overall cosmetic wear that is entirely consistent with its age - nothing out of the ordinary for a 50-year-old instrument.
The pickguard has been replaced with a solid brass guard, and the pickups were swapped out many years ago for EMG pickups. Based on the pots, the pickup change most likely dates to the 1980s. It is a great playing vintage Precision with some period correct mods.

Inside, the Lil’ Viper is built like a true performance amplifier. A single 12AX7 preamp tube and a matched pair of NOS 6AQ5 power tubes deliver 8 watts of push-pull Class AB output through a Magnatone Custom 8-inch ceramic speaker. A High and Low gain switch provides two distinct voicings, ranging from classic, slightly broken-up tones to a more saturated and aggressive response. The tone control is voiced to add high-end clarity while tightening the low end as it is turned up. -

The Orchestra Model is a greatly favored shape amongst Goodall's Traditional lineup. It features a smaller, more comfortable to hold body size. Its tone is extremely powerful in the bass and midrange, with an emphasis on a broad warmth without lacking treble. It features a custom, partially scalloped bracing pattern which produces a bit more 'boominess' in the bass and midrange. It is attractively arrayed with a herringbone marquetry rosette and top purfling, and a chevron marquetry backstrip. It has been designed especially with the flatpicker and the bluegrass player in mind.
