  The Custom 24 is the quintessential PRS guitar. This iconic instrument was the first model that Paul Reed Smith brought to the public at PRS Guitars’ first Winter NAMM show in 1985 and has been a top seller ever since. Played by internationally touring artists, gigging musicians, and aspiring players, the Custom 24 features PRS’s patented Gen III tremolo system and PRS 85/15 pickups with volume and tone controls and a 5-way blade switch. 85/15 pickups were personally designed by Paul Reed Smith to offer remarkable clarity and extended high and low end.

  The PRS Special Semi-Hollow offers players a versatile hum/“single”/hum configuration with two PRS 58/15 LT humbuckers and a PRS Narrowfield middle pickup. PRS Narrowfield pickups deliver the bite of a single coil, so they cut through the mix with plenty of clarity and punch – without the hum. Paired with a 5-way blade switch and two mini-toggles that split the 58/15 LT humbuckers, this guitar can handle myriad sounds and styles (with twelve pickup combinations in total). The PRS Private Stock John McLaughlin Limited Edition in Charcoal Phoenix finish with Smoked Black back is here. This classic instrument has been meticulously spec’d by Paul Reed Smith to honor John McLaughlin. All of the woods were specially chosen by Smith for their tone, figure, and weight. The specs are fairly straightforward: maple top, mahogany back, hormigo neck (a tone wood used on marimbas for sound-producing tines) with an African blackwood fretboard, 22 frets, 25” scale length, Pattern neck, PRS’s patented Gen III tremolo, and PRS Phase III tuners.

  The Modern Eagle V is an innovative instrument that offers highly musical tones for both recording and playing live. Utilizing a hum/single/hum (five-coil) pickup layout and unique electronics configuration, the Modern Eagle V gives players a vast array of tones in one guitar. The 5-way blade switch selects the pickups in intuitive groupings: treble, treble and middle, middle, middle and bass, and bass. There is a single volume and a push/pull tone control that activates both humbuckers when engaged; this allows players to access all three pickups simultaneously. Finally, the mini toggles allow players to individually separate the humbucker coils, turning the outside pickups into true single coils.
